Coronavirus is a very deadly disease.
In the last 7 weeks, 21 people have died in New Zealand. Thousands of people have died in other countries.
Hospitals would not be able to cope with all the people who are sick. The doctors will be overworked. There are not enough beds in the hospitals if lots of people got covid19.
You don't need to see people face to face, you could talk online. You can work, play, and learn online.
New Zealand is very lucky we went into lockdown because we saved lives.
That's why New Zealand should have gone into lockdown.
